About the Role
We are looking for Business Development Manager to lead on our fast growing business development activities around Hong Kong API Economy.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Candidate with good attitude but less relevant skills & experience will start from the position of "Associate Business Development Manager"
You will:
- be the first batch of people contributing to the Hong Kong API Economy
- be exposed to end-to-end business development engagement
- be coached by experienced technology consultants directly
- develop expertise in technology & business consulting
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Strong sense of humor and a good team player
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Time management and planning skills
